Purpose VAT calculator

Use This VAT calculator is a small
application that helps with VAT
calculations.
When loaded, a small window
appears, with the VAT rate in
an editable field at the top.
The VAT rate can be altered in
the usual manner, and is saved to
disc when the window is closed.
By typing a value in one of the
three fields towards the bottom
and then pressing RETURN, the
other two fields are updated.
The program can be quit by
clicking the close icon or
selecting 'Quit' from the menu.
