This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

SETUP
=====
Run !Apps. Click on the �Apps� icon on the
iconbar and copy into the following programs
into window.
!Alarm !Calc !Chars
!Configure !Draw !Edit
!Help !Paint
You can add more files into it if you want
to.
HARD DISC USERS
===============
It would be best if you copied this program
onto your hard disc as it wouldn�t need to read
off the floppy.
WHAT APPS IS FOR
================
!Apps provides applications for all RISC OS 2 users.
In RISC OS 3, next to the floppy disc icon is another
icon which has �Apps� written underneath it. When you
click on the icon, a filer window appears. Acorn�s
applications are in it, whereas in RISC OS 2, there
is no �Apps� icon.
LOADING
=======
Simply double-click on the !Apps icon.
USING APPS
==========
Apps works exactly the same as a filer window but just
places the window in a place where it can be accessed
quickly and easily.
RUNNING THE PROGRAMS FROM THE FILER WINDOW
==========================================
This program is really best for RISC OS 2 hard disc users
as everytime you want to load one of the programs inside
the filer window, it will need to read to the disc.
