Introduction
------------
ADRBook is a program that stores addresses and telephone numbers.
Using Address Book
------------------
To load the program double click the !ADRBook icon in the normal way.
The !ADRBook icon should appear on the icon bar.
The menu from the icon bar provide the following functions :-

If the select or adjust button on the mouse is pressed while the pointer is
over the !ADRBook icon then the title window is displayed.
The bottom left icon closes the title window and the bottom right icon opens the main window.
The menu from the title window provide the following functions

B. This turns back the page.
1. This goes to the first page.
2. This goes to the previous page.
3. This dials the telephone number.
4. This sorts the records into alphabetical order.
5. This brings up the search set window.
6. This deletes the current record.
7. Use this to add a record.
8. This brings up the print window.
9. This goes to the next page.
10. This goes to the last page.
The red bar at the bottom right of the window shows the position on the
current record being viewed.
Adding A Record
---------------
To add a record just type in the data for that person and
click on the 'Add' icon, number 7. To edit move to the desired
record, alter the information then click on one of the
arrows, number 1,2,9 and 10 and make sure that the record changes.
When you type into the window the text is put to the left of
the caret (a little line with frayed ends). You can move the
caret to the next writable icon by pressing the Return, Enter
of down arrow key. You can move up by pressing the up arrow
key. You can also position the caret in any writeable icon
just by click on it with the mouse.
Printing
--------
When you click on the 'Print' icon the print window comes up,
you can only use this option if you have a printer and you
have loaded the printer driver for your printer :-
All you have to do is select the print range that you require,
fill in the numbers if it is required of you, select the data
that you want to print then click on the bottom right icon
which prints the data.
To close the print window click on the bottom left icon.

Set Search
----------
When you click on the 'Set Search' icon the set search window
comes up, this enables you to type in search credentials. You
can now click on the 'Search' icon. This brings up a little
search window and it searches for the first match. To search
for the next match click on the 'Search' icon. To stop the
search click on the 'Cancel' icon. This reverts you back to
the normal editing.
To close the set search window click on the bottom right icon.

Saving Files
------------
Address Book allows you to save its files as text or its on filetype.
Dialling Option
--------------
Within address book you can dial a number from the the page you are
currently on. Its a simple matter of picking up the telephone receiver of
your phone, then selecting the phone icon. The number will automatically be
dialled for you. Obviously if your exchange has not been updated to the new
