Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

IMPACT! Single End User Licence Conditions.

The term 'software' below is any file forming part of the IMPACT! application
directory as supplied on disc herewith, and any additional files which may be
issued from time to time in the form of upgrades or amendments to IMPACT!
The purchaser of the software is granted a licence only to use the software
supplied in the manner described below. No other rights are offered or implied.
The purchaser may not:-
1. Copy any part of the software, except for the purpose of making backup
disc copies for the sole use of the purchaser.
2. Pass the software, in whole or part, to any third party, in the form
of a loan or gift, or in exchange for any consideration.
3. Dissassemble, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to
analyse the software for any purpose whatever, without the advance,
written approval of Circle Software.
4. Incorporate any part of the software into any other software or
product, for personal gain or otherwise.
The purchaser may:-
5. Copy the contents of the supplied disc(s) onto a hard disc on a single
machine only, for the sole use of the purchaser.
6. Run the software on any single machine at any one time, from the
supplied floppy disc or working copy.
No claim is made relating to the suitablity of this software for any specific
purpose, and any warranty, implied or otherwise, shall apply to the supplied
discs and manuals only. Since the use of this software is beyond our control,
no liability is accepted for any loss arising from its use, however caused.
