This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Trackman2 ========= This is an updated version of a program I sent some time back to Acorn User. It has been optimized for StrongARM and so a SA is strongly recommended. Use is made of the fast 64-bit multiplies. On other processors these instructions are emulated. The algorithm has been extended with 64bit arithmetic to allow extremely high magnification up to 10e18. Now also use is made of the programmable 256 palette which can be cycled. The resolution is set fixed at 640x480. The default number of iterations is 200. Altering the box size is with the left and right mouse buttons. Starting is with the middle button. Also the following keys can be used: 'C' and 'D' to cycle through the color palette 'R' to restart from the original point 'S' to save the screen "I" to change the number of iterations Have fun !
