This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Versions � a comparison of the two versions of Smart Quotes *********************************************************** Previous versions of Smart Quotes are freeware, and may still be available somewhere, but have far less intelligent quote handling � version 1.25, for instance, decides which double quote to insert by counting the number of quotes you�ve typed. Also, you can�t drag the icon around with Shift-Ctrl. The registered version has much longer expands than the freeware version � seven characters long rather than two. This in practice allows you many more possibilities � more symbols, punctuation checking and the like. Finally, the registered version doesn�t nag you all the time ;-).
