L/+Thom1

This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.

Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Dear Gus

I was surprised to note that no-one commented on the solution to Alva's
problem of duplicate random numbers in a selection program for entry into
the Lottery. The use of n%( ) as a 'multipul flag' is something that I
have never seen before. I have since used it in an error trapped input
routine to prevent entry of the same number twice. Other methods require
more programming to achieve the same result. The author deserves a
commendation!

Regards

Ray Thomas
