This is the readme document file for
TURBO PUBLISHER VERSION 2.01

This software is not public domain in
that I hold the copyright (1990) and
do not permit persons to make 
modifications to the code.

It is therefore SHAREWARE, a concept 
that is popular on the IBM machines.
Basically, you may give away copies
of this program, as long as this file
and the manual are included.  You may
distribute this program through PD
librarys and give it to friends.  The
only difference as far as the user is
concerned is that I request that
you register the program.

In IBM terms that means send me some 
money, but for this software all I want
is a postcard with your name, address
and phone number, to add to my list of
satified customers.
