This application is a stopwatch, but instead of timing seconds and minutes,
it times pence and pounds!
When first run, select the distance of your phone call:
Local
Regional
National
PhoneBill will then read the CMOS clock and work out the charge rate. This
will be displayed at the top right of the window.
Click on reset when the phone call has started and the amount will go up...
