This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

HelixBasic Trial Version

This version of HelixBasic had been
specially compiled for Acorn Computing
so that you can get first hand
experience of how easy it is to write a
HelixBasic program. The only
restrictions to this version of the
program are that you cannot save out in
crunched format and that it will only
work up until the 30th of June 1993.
After this date if you wish to upgrade
to the full version with a three hundred
page manual and full backup support,
HelixBasic can be purchased directly
from PDK Technologies or selected
dealers.
