This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Causes
CAUSES
Sibelius pops up message boxes:
� When you try to do something illegal, such
as create a time signature with 7 on the
bottom. Read the message and click on OK (or
press Return).
� When you are about to do something poten-
tially drastic, such as delete several bars
from your score. Click on OK to go ahead, or
on Cancel to abandon the operation.
� When Sibelius wants you to do something like
insert a particular disc into the drive.
� If Sibelius finds a fault in its software.
It will pop up a box saying e.g. 'An inter-
nal error has occurred (code 01234567)'.
Such messages are unlikely to indicate a
serious problem, so if you click on OK you
should be able to continue editing music as
before.
