This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

These are the changes made to FEMS version 2.3 and its documentation
compared with version 2.21, which was the version on the January 1994 BBC
Acorn User disk. All old scene definition files should still work. Please
refer to the file "FEMSDoc2�3" for details of the below additions and
corrections.

1/ New style of sphere object
2/ Solid sphere object
3/ You can now specify distances, velocities, angles etc. in a choice of
units
3/ "spin" command to give angular velocity
4/ "solid_damp" command: damps out wobbles without stopping objects from
moving quickly or spinning. Can also be used to "freeze" objects
5/ "repel" command: solid objects can interact with each other
6/ "air_damp" command: improved simulation of air resistance
7/ You can now have more than 1 "pull" command for an object
8/ "fix_vel" command: allows you to specify the points whose velocity you
want to fix by giving a bounding box rather than point numbers.

1/ Parameter for "damping" was described wrongly: a larger number gives
_less_ damping.
2/ When you create a cuboid, it is not centred on the origin: it has a
