This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

!Wiper2
=======
An updated version of my Public Domain program !Wiper, !Wiper2 is a better
program, but essentially does the same job - erasing directories in one go.
The difference with !Wiper2 is that any files, directories or applications
can be wiped in one go. Please note that groups of files cannot be dragged
onto the icon on the icon bar
To use !Wiper2 :-
=================
1) Double click on the !Wiper2 icon. The application will install on the
left hand side of the icon bar
2) Drag the file/directory/application you want to delete onto the icon on
the icon bar.
3) A window will open giving details of the object you are going to delete
with two option icons :- Wipe and Abort. Closing the window with the
'close window' icon has the same effect as Abort except a window is not
opened to remind you of your action.
4) To quit the program :- Press Menu on the icon bar and select 'Quit'.
THIS PROGRAM REMAINS PUBLIC DOMAIN AS LONG AS

2) The directory !Wiper2 contains all the following files :- !Boot, !Run,
!Runimage, !Sprites, Templates and the help application !Help
