This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

ReadMe for Blinker
v1.00
This little utility will cause the desktop caret to blink.
This is particulary useful for use with a monochrome
monitor, as it is sometmes very hard to trace back the caret
in a window full of text.
It provides a command ('BlinkDelay') which allows you to
specify the blink delay in centi seconds (e.g. '*BlinkDelay
20' will cause the caret to be visible for 1/5th of a
second, and after that it will be invisible for 1/5th of a
second). The default delay time is 30 centi seconds, but you
can create your own default by editing the !Run file in the
!Blinker application directory.
