This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

First Word Plus Shareware Disc

First of all, many thanks to Mike Hobart who has done all the hard work of
preparing this disk.
Secondly, I'm afraid that I have boobed. I misunderstood what Mike said and
thought that this shareware disc was further developed than it was. You will
find that a lot of the material included is a repeat of what has gone before on
monthly program discs although there is some new stuff.
If you have not had the monthly discs, this disc may well be worth #3.00.
If so, fine. If not, read on.....
If you do not feel that it IS worth #3.00 to you, keep the disc and we will
EITHER send you one of the other Shareware or monthly discs OR send you a #3.00
credit against further purchases OR if you would prefer a refund, please return
the disc.
