Stamp Frames One of the design projects for the ULEAC (London) D&C exam is to design a postage stamp. The drawfiles included on the disc may be useful. Three stamp frames are are included. The frames are scaled from the standard definitive stamp (15x18 perforations) and from the two most common commemorative sizes (21x30 and 25x26). The latter are available in both landscape and portrait orientations. The frames are supplied in two forms�- bordered and unbordered. Both types should be placed in front of the stamp design. (eg select the stamp frame and press Ctrl-F). The reason for this is that the centre of each frame is not white but transparent and forms a sort of mask over the design. Bordered For convenience, these versions are coloured grey, but should be changed to the stamp's paper colour - usually white. The bordered version will provide a border around the design on the stamp. Unbordered This version allows the design to cover the entire surface of the stamp including the perforations.
