SCISSORS TOOL

This tool is for cutting out a rectangular part of the screen so
that you can move it to another part of the picture.
Move the pointer to the place where you want to place the bottom
left corner of the rectangle then click (press and release)
the left mouse button.
Now move the mouse and you will see a rectangle appear. When the
rectangle is the right size and in the right position, click the
left mouse button again. Now, when you move the mouse, the whole
rectangle will move.
Now, move the rectangle to where you want to put the piece of
screen and click the left mouse button.
Click the right button to abandon your current action.
Use the DELETE key to put the screen back to how it was before you
started using the scissors.
(This must be done BEFORE you return to the Menu screen.)
