TILE TOOL

This tool will cover the Painting screen with multiple copies
of a chosen rectangular area. When you choose this tool, you
will find that a small rectangle replaces the mouse pointer.
The size of this rectangle cannot be changed. Move the rectangle
until it is exactly over the part of the screen you want to copy.
Then press the left mouse button.
To put the screen back to the way it was, press the DELETE
key.
