+gus1

This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.

Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

There really haven't been many submissions for this EUG. I have waited as
long as I could befor publishing it.

With the availability of cheep Pentium PCs we have lost a few members who
have contributed some good stuff in the past. Most of them have kindly
phoned me to say that they are too taken up exploring their new PCs to
have any time left to program for EUG but several have said they will
return to it in the future.

Those of us left will need to fill the gap if there is to be an EUG.

I read in a paper that Intel are putting back the launch of their new
processor to succeed the pentium from the end of 1999 to the middle of
2000. The cynical amoung us might see this as an attmpt to allow the
market to submerge itself in the problems of the millennium bug so that
when the new processor appears to cure all problems everyone will rush to
buy it so boosting sales.

The latest installment of SUNDAY is in this EUG. If you are a new member
and have missed the previous sections they are available. I can send you
discs 1 and 2 for the same cost as EUG `1 a time.

Send submissions as soon as possable.
