Transcribing a two-voice bar
Removing the second voice
See manual for: bars partially in two voices;
rests; crossing voices; semibreves and breves;
three or more voices
TRANSCRIBING A TWO-VOICE BAR
� Transcribe the first voice as normal. Ignore
the stem directions.
� Put the first note or rest of the second
voice in by copying an existing one using
Alt-Adjust.
� Transcribe the rest of the second voice,
but hold down Alt whenever pressing Adjust.
REMOVING THE SECOND VOICE
� Select a bar rest
� Copy it onto the offending bar using Alt-
Adjust
� Delete the bar rest.
You can't remove just the first voice from a
two-voice bar - instead, delete both voices
(by double-clicking on the stave and pressing
Delete) and start transcribing the bar again.
