This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Many people think that forming a group to enter the National Lottery
increases their chances of winning a big prize.
This Application is designed to make checking your National Lottery
multiple entries easy. To enter your own numbers, Press <Shift> while
clicking <select> on the !Lottery icon. Drag the file "Syndicate" into "!Edit".
The first line contains the total number of lottery entries,each line
thereafter is a separate lottery entry.
On running the application the main window allows the entry of this
weeks numbers, clicking on "OK" calculates your winnings.
Also on the main window a Randomise option allows the generation of a
random set of balls. The "Random 100 Entries" button calculates the prizes
for a 100 sets of random balls, a few goes at this option may cause you to
stop investing!
Pressing "Menu" on the mouse gives options affecting the operation
of the button previously mentioned.If "Display" is Ticked as numbers are
calculated they are shown. If not Ticked the final result appears much sooner.
"Entries" leads to a writeable icon allowing the number of entries (weeks)
to be altered.
Also in the main menu, Statistics leads to a window giving information about
the Lottery results so far (held in 'History' file, inside the Application). On
quitting !Lottery you are asked if you wish to add the numbers currently shown in
the main window to the History database.
