This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

FreeCell hack, by Justin Fletcher

What is it ?
============
Oh, it makes !FreeCell work on normal mortals computers (ie my A5000) :-)
Actually, it patches one SWI so that it calls my 'temporary measure'
WimpHack module. This is guatenteed to work, but in the one game I've played
nothing has been too horrible :-)

Copy the following files from !FreeCell to this directory...

NOTE: This EXCLUDES the !Run file.
Run the !RunMe file.
Rename this directory to !FreeCell and run it...
Legal info

This hack is a load of rubbish and you can do with it what you will. Whilst
I say that this can be done with as you will, when you distribute it as a
hack I wish the files Patch and PatchSrc and Source and WRSource to remain
together.
PS

I discovered one thing which I couldn't fix - for some reason quiting the
program causes an address exception. I don't know why, and as it only occurs
at the programs closedown I'm not too worried...
