This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

This is HardBack demo release 1.01 This is HardBack, a hard disc backup program. It allows you to backup parts or the whole of your hard disc onto floppies. For more information, double click on ShowManual, which will open a window containing the text copy of the manual. An Impression copy should also have been supplied. More detailed information about what HardBack can do is held in the Intro text file, which can be accessed by double clicking ShowManual. HardBack is Shareware, and so may only be copied in accordance with the conditions set out in the manual.
