  Purpose    : Search for telephone codes.
  ��� ���

  Descripton :
  ����������
              Exchange is a program that you can search for telephone codes
              or areas by typing in an area code or name of a place.

  How to use Exchange :
  �������������������

              Double click on the !Exchange application icon in the normal
              way to install it on the Icon Bar. To open the window click
              on the Icon Bar. Firstly decide wether you want to search
              using an area code or a name and click on the appropriate
              icon. If you are searching for a number then type the name
              of the area. If you want to do a general search for a name
              then put an * after the name e.g. :-

              NEW*   -   Gives all the numbers with the names starting with
              NEW.

              If you are searching for a name then type the number in
              normally without any brackets.

              If the amount of data that is displayed goes over the bottom of
              the window then you move through the data by clicking on the 
              arrows on the right hand side of the output window.

              When you add an area and code you must type in the data for
              both the area and the code before you click upon the add icon.
              The area code may now consist of up to two different numbers.
              When adding an area you can type in one area by not putting
              in a , e.g. :-

              Newport
              0633

              If there are two area codes for one area then you put a , in
              between the two numbers e.g. :-

              Cwmbran
              063 33,0633

              If you want to delete an area then you must type in the area
              name and number exactly as it is displayed (including spaces)
              but if there are two numbers for one area then you can type
              in the name and any of the two numbers but not both of the
              numbers.
