This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

� Acorn Archimedes World 1993
Purpose : To keep game cheats etc.

Descripton :

Cheats is a program that stores cheats, passwords etc.
To load the program double click the !Cheats icon in the normal
way. The !Cheats icon should then appear on the icon bar.
The menu from the icon bar provides the following functions:
Info
- program information
Quit
- quit Cheats
If the select or adjust button on the mouse is pressed while
the pointer is over the !Cheats icon then the main window is
displayed.
The controls on the bottom of the window are very simple.
They are as follows:

1. This goes to the first record.
2. This goes to the previous record.
3. This deletes the current record.
4. This adds a record onto the end of the file.
5. This sorts the records in to alphabetical order.
6. This brings up the search window.
7. This brings up the print window.
8. This goes to the next record.
9. This goes to the last record.
The bar at the bottom of the window shows the position of the
record being viewed in relation to the whole file.
The menu provided from the main window is as follows:
Save
-> -> save window to save cheat data
-> save window to save text
Print
-> print window to print data.
