This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Conferences Listings ==================== The Conferences listing is split into two sections, the top static section and the bottom resizable section which lists the conferences. The top section gives details of the number of conferences listed, and the number of those which contain unread articles. The button Catch Up All allows you to catch up (i.e: mark all articles as read) for all the conferences. The buttons in the show box contols which conferences out of those available are displayed. The All option displays all conferences which are available. The Subs option forces only those to which you are subscribed to be displayed. The Unread option forces only those conferences in which you have unread articles to be listed. The bottom section of the dialogue box, the conference listing, has a row for each conference listed. There are five columns to the list, the conference number, the conference name. total number of articles in the conference, the approximate number of unread articles and the Subscribed tick column. Double clicking on any field in a given conference's row will result in the server being contacted to display a list of unread articles in that conference. Subscribing, or unsubscribing from a conference is achieved by double clicking over the Sub column for the particular conference. Also associated with the list of conferences is a menu, two options Catch Up or Read All. Catch Up will catch up on all the unread articles in a conference. Read All will allow you to read all the articles in a conference, regardless of whether you have read all the articles or not. Sorting Columns --------------- This is achieved by clicking over the column header which you wish to sort. You can sort by: conference number, name, number of articles, number of unread articles and subscription tick.
