This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.

SELECTING A STAVE PASSAGE
� Double-click Select on an empty bit of stave
in the first bar of the passage. The bar
will turn pink.
� If you want the passage to be longer than
one bar, do Shift-Select on the last bar of
the passage.
SELECTING A SYSTEM PASSAGE
� Triple-click Select on any empty bit of
stave in the first bar of the passage. The
bar will turn pink, down all staves in the
system.
� If you want the passage to be longer than
one bar, do Shift-Select on the last bar of
the passage.
COPYING A STAVE PASSAGE
Click Adjust on the bar rest where the copy of
the passage is to begin. There must be enough
bar rests to fit the passage in - Sibelius
will refuse to overwrite existing music; nor
can you copy a stave passage onto a multirest.
All stave markings are copied - not just notes
and rests, but lines, text (except tempo and
title text), transfers, clef changes etc.
COPYING A SYSTEM PASSAGE
Click Adjust on the barline where the copy of
the passage is to go. Unlike copying a stave
passage, the system passage is inserted at the
barline - you don�t need any bar rests to be
there already.
All markings are copied, including system
markings like special barlines and tempo text.
ERASING A PASSAGE
Having selected a passage of either kind, press
F12. The passage will turn into bar rests,
though markings other than notes are left
behind.
DELETING A SYSTEM PASSAGE
Press Delete. The whole passage is cut irretr-
ievably, so Sibelius warns you before deleting
several bars. Note the difference from pressing
F12 - the bars themselves are deleted, not just
the notes in them.
