This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

FileInfo ======== by Software7 ++++++++++++ The purpose of FileInfo is simply to give some information on files with white icons. Drag any file onto the icon and a Report_Error box will open with details on the file. This version recognises only a limited number of file types, as soon as I get the full list from Acorn I will update it to handle all the REGISTERED filetypes. This version will be sent to all registered users only. You may distribute this unregistered copy of the program and you may keep it and use it for 28days. If you find it usefull then you must send a five pound (�5) registration fee to Peter Cathcart, Software7. On recepit of the registration fee, a fuller version will be sent, your name will be added to the updates list and all updates will be sent as they are made. If after 28 days you decide not to keep the program, you must delete it from your hard disc/floppy disc. You may of course keep the original copy that you were supplied, so that you may change your mind later, but you MUST not use this copy for more than 2 days, then if you feel that you want to use it you must register. You may not distribute your registered copy, as this is excluive to you, if you do distribute it you are letting the recipitants steal from me and YOU!!!
