This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

===================== !ArcFS vs. !SparkPlug ===================== The programs on this disc are held in archives. Both !ArcFS and !SparkPlug can be used to extract the various files and applications. The !ArcFS behaves just like a filing system, you can take files out just by dragging as usual. The instructions in the !!Help!! utility apply only to !SparkPlug. Read these carefully if you want to use this instead of !ArcFS. !ArcFS contains copious help information in it's !Help file. Note that you may be required to increase the memory allocation in the RMA using the Task Manager. If you have an IDE hard disc supplied by Ian Copestake with software version 1.13 then !ArcFS won't work. Version 1.14 (or higher) is okay but may not be available yet. ^^^^^ Did this scroll by too fast? ^^^^^ Try again, but hold down the Control key. Pressing Shift as well will stop the scrolling.
