Realtime logic oscilloscope - Measures Printer Port bits
This software is described in the September 98 issue of Acorn User.

X Scale
The first 4 buttons set the application to read in 344 samples at a time.
Sucessive buttons after this double the number of samples taken per sweep.
These are:- 688, 1376 and 2752.
Note at these higher sample rates the multitasking can be a bit slugish.
You can always use the X shift slider to examin the whole 2752 sample buffer,
however, if you have not read in this much the rest of the buffer may be meaningless.
The whole buffer may be reset using the "wipe" button.

To measure the time between two points on a waveform:-
1) Click adjust on the first point, a line will be drawn, this is the refrance point.
2) Click select on the second point, the time between these points will be measured.
3) Repeted select clicks will show the distance in time.
4) A second adjust click will remove the refrance point.

Click Select on the blue boxes to set the trigger value:-
0 - Trigger on logic zero
1 - Trigger on logic one
X - Do not consider this bit in the trigger conditions.

Click Adjust on the blue boxes to set the analysis channel.
Then the next logic change on that channel will be shown in mS or samples.
The up button next to this will move the display to:-
a) The next logic change if you click with select.
b) The last logic change if you click with adjust.

Setting the 'Input Clock' to External will clock in data on the falling edge of
the Busy line of the printer port. Using this option halves the maximum input clock
rate to 5uS per sample.
