This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

EarthData is a PD geographical database of the
world. It creates a series of menus giving easy
access to information about countries of the world.
Most countries have population, area, government,
capital city and the largest ten cities with their
populations. EarthData also shows the flags of all
the countries on the menus.
How to use EarthData
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Double-click on the EarthData icon in a filer
window. After the time shown below the rotating
Earth icon will appear on the iconbar.

Click select on the icon bar and the main menu will
appear in the top-left corner of the screen. To
view any of the submenus move the pointer to the
right and it will open. All of the information can
be viewed in this way. Nothing happens if you click
on the menu.

The Data is usually up to date to 1994 but the exact
date is shown next to the population figures. The
sources used were:
