This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

This little application/utility will alter your
mouse pointer design to anything you want. On
running the mouse pointer will disappear and then
reappear as your chosen design.
The pointer sprite is held in this applictaion
directory under the name ptr_dfault. It's associated
palette file is under the name mouse_pal.
Beware! the mouse pointer must be a mode 8
sprite and not bigger than 32x32 pixels, anything
bigger than that and the pointer will be viciously
truncated. The palette file holds the colours for
the mouse to use (Ms1,Ms2 and Ms3). When designing
your pointer you will probably notice that there are
four colours avaliable. Do not be led into thinking
that there are four colours the first is transparent
and the other three correspond to Ms1,Ms2 and Ms3.
