Examples/!Animals/DEER
This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

It is spotted in summer, but more grey and un-spotted in winter. It has a long tail with a distinctive black stripe. The male has antlers, which are flattened at the tips. It can be found in deciduous woodland feeding by grazing, and eating acorns in winter. The females, known as does, and the males, known as bucks, live apart through the summer, but herd together in winter. The doe gives birth to a single fawn in early June. The fallow deer was introduced to Britain by the Romans.
