Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Revelation imagePro24 version 4.01 Demo (20 Jan 95) Revelation imagePro24 is the best-selling general- purpose WYSIWYG graphics package from Longman Logotron. This is a demo version with restricted functionality. It will not allow you to save pictures or print them out and will time-out after a randomised period. A fully functional version of the software can be obtained from: Longman Logotron 124 Cambridge Science Park Cambridge CB4 4ZS Tel: 01223 425558 Fax: 01223 425349 You can load any Sprite in any mode and import Draw files directly into Revelation imagePro24 where they are rendered as Sprites. New Sprites (pages) can be created from the icon bar menu to any size - subject to memory limits. General configuration options can also be accessed from the Icon Bar Menu (*see note below). The software is structured so that all functions which are specific to any page can be found on the Page Menu - accessed from the page title (filename) on the Main Menu. Other menus can be accessed directly or torn-off from the Main Menu. Selections on the Tools Menu open a Configuration Panel appropriate to the tool - typically offering a choice of preset and user-defineable sizes/shapes and density/effects adjustment. Colours are available as solids and washes. In 256- greyscale, 16 and 24-bit colour modes 100 levels of transparency are available. Any 2 colours can be placed on the Colour Ramp to find intermediates and colours can be mixed on the blank Mixing Palette (torn-off menu only). Motifs can be cut from a Page using the Scissors or Knife tools, created by selecting 'Last change' from the Page Menu or can be loaded from disc - dragging and dropping a Sprite or Drawfile onto the Main Menu. A sample Motifs Folder (Motifs1) is supplied which contains a number of small Sprites suitable for use in pattern design or simply for use as an alternative to the standard painting tools and colours. If you copy this demonstration software onto your hard disc you should also copy Motifs1 to the same directory. *It is best to familiarise yourself with the package with Special ticked. In this mode the Main Menu is always present on screen and all functions can be operated with the select button of the mouse. If you switch Special off the software presents itself in full RISCOS mode. In this mode it is necessary to click the menu button in order to bring up the Main Menu. Submenu, tool, colour selections, etc can then be made using the select button in the normal way. Have fun.
