This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

We have just started an evaluation evaluation of the RISC-OS operating system as implemented on an increasing number of computers around the building. First impressions are that this system is just what we have been looking for to get the best from the multi-tasking potential of our computers.
The system comes with a wealth of useful housekeeping features, as well as a set of useful utilities, for example, EDIT is an editor program which lets you create and edit text.
In order that we can get the best from the power of the new system in the shortest possible time we are currently undertaking a full training course, and will post our full evaluation when the course is complete.
