I have also sent Gus my 'amazing' "Buster Bunny" graphic which I made a LONG time ago, which should make an "interesting" addition. People may also remember the rather rubbish "Sunday" demo which appeared in Issue 12 of EUG! After I have finished the game, I intend to devote a lot of time into contacting Gus and helping him to improve the general image of the magazine. One LAST thing...I recently picked up a Cumana Plus 1 disc drive interface from a Car Boot Sale. The thing plugs into a ROM Cartridge port and is supposed to work a Cumana Drive 0 with its own power supply. Well, it doesn't, and I'm stumped as of why, so if any reader has the same interface and some utilities, could you contact me and make me a copy of them. It might make conversion just a bit quicker! Also at this famous Car Boot Sale, I picked up another Plus 1 and LISP cartridge for `5. The printer chip however is broken in it, and although the roms work fine, printing is intermittent. If anyone would like to buy this off me for how much I paid plus postage, they are very welcome. I even have some swaps of software which I'll throw in free! Also, I have sent Gus some Public Domain software which he might like to include on the next disc. I also have some more of lesser quality, but they might keep you happy for a while. THERE WERE SOME PEOPLE WHO PLAYED MUSIC HOPING FOR THE BIG BREAK. SOMEBODY SUGGESTED THAT AS HE WAS NOW DEAD HIS COPYWRITE TO THE SONGS HE WROTE WOULD BE FREE FOR ANYONE TO USE. SEVERAL OF US CHECKED AND DISCOVERED THAT THIS IS NOT SO. ALL COPY WRITE REMAINS IN FORCE FOR THE LIFE OF THE WRITER AND FOR I THINK IT IS 50 YEARS AFTER THEIR DEATH. THE SONGS HE WROTE WITH MACCA WILL REMAIN COPYWRITE FOR 50 YEARS AFTER MACCA'S DEATH. THE SAME RULES APPLY TO SOFTWARE. I AGREE THAT THIS IS A SHAME SIMCE SOFTWARE WRITERS PROBABLY HAVE LITTLE USE FOR STUFF THEY WROTE AND WHICH IS NO LONGER PUBLISHED BUT THERE IT IS.
