Purpose : Keep track of pocket money.
��� ���

Descripton :
����������
PocketM is a program that stores your pocket money information.

Loading
�������

To load the program double click the !PocketM icon in the
normal way. The !PocketM icon should appear on the icon bar.

Icon Bar
��������

The menu from the icon bar and the main window provides the
following functions :-

|Password �| displays the current password for the file.

|Save �|-|Pcoket �| Save pocket money data.
| | |Text �| Save pocket data as a text file.
|----------| +--------+
|Clear Data| - Clears all data.
|----------|
|Quit | - Quits !PocketM
+----------+

If the select or adjust button on the mouse is presses while
the pointer is over the !PocketM icon then the main window
is displayed.

Main Window
�����������

The controls on the bottom of the main window are very simple.

They are as follows :-

1. This goes to the first page.

2. This goes to the previous page.

3. This brings up the print window.

4. This brings up the add window.

5. This brings up the delete window.

6. This goes to the next page.

7. This goes to the last page.

Page Display
������������

The two boxes at the bottom right of the main window show
the current page and the total pages from left to right.

Printing
��������

When you click on the 'Print' icon the print window comes up,
you can only use this option of you have a printer and you
have loaded the printer driver for your printer :-

All you have to do is select the print range that you require,
fill in the numbers if it is required of you and press 'Print'.

Adding
������

When you click on the 'Add' icon the add window comes up, this is very simple to use :-

Firstly select the status of the entry (save, spend) by
clicking on one of the Pig icons. Next type in the ammount
of money for that entry. You can edit the date if you wish, but
it picks the current date as told by the computer.

If you clicked on the 'save' icon then you can enter the name
of the person who gave you the money. Then is the entry is
correct just click on the 'OK' button and the entry is entered.

Deleting
��������

When you click on the 'Delete' icon the delete window comes up,
this is also very simple to use :-

When the window comes up it asks you to enter a number, this
is the number of the entry that will be deleted. Just click
on the 'OK' button to delete the entry.

Editing
�������

To edit the pocket data click on the icon that shows any of the
data to do with that edit this then bring up an edit window.

Saving
������

To save a file drag the save icon onto a filer window, or you
can just click on the 'Ok' button.
