This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Z80Em: Filetypes ================ Official Acorn filetype allocations: Name SNA Number &BA1 Name Z80 Number &BA0 (see 'SNAformat' and 'Z80format' for file formats) Double-clicking on a Snapshot will load it into the emulator and run it Dragging a snapshot to the icon bar will load it without entering the emulator - files loaded in this way need not be filetyped, and you must use this method to load anything that does not have an official Acorn filetype (eg .TAP files) NB some Z80 snapshots will be for Spectrum 128k emulators Snapshots can be saved from the emulator in either Z80 or SNA format.
