F/hint1

This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.

Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Regarding Richard Dimonds problems with ADFS E00.I have had similar
troubles with mine. One way round it,is to cut one of the legs on the ABR
battery and connect a switch between the battery and the ABR board. This
could then be mounted on the ABR cartridge in a similar fashion to
click. The switch would normally be left on,in normal use.In the event of a
corrupt rom image, simply switch off. Thus power is removed from ABR and
within a short while SWR is empty.I have found that approx 30 secs is the
longest you have to wait.I wouldn't necessarily say this was an ideal
solution, but in my case,it just isn't practical to dismantle SUPERELK
every time I have trouble with SWR.I have a switch mounted on the
outside,as obviously a switch on the cartridge would still require the
cover removing.
