This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

ARTFILES BY CHRISTOPHER JARMAN "Clips Round the Year" Most of the Art in my collection has been done using Computer Concept's Artworks. To view these examples you will need a copy of ArtWorks or AWViewer which can be found on last month's cover disc 2. All is drawn freehand onto the screen with the mouse. None is scanned or from digitised sources. You may order it in Drawfiles or any of the usual Acorn forms. I am willing to accept commissions for any kind of illustrations, Xmas Cards, sets of Corporate stationery or just small personalised cards or headed notepaper for individuals. If you are putting together programs in Genesis, Magpie or Optima I can produce Drawfiles with minimum use of memory from your sketches or ideas by request. Nothing too small to undertake! I like to exchanging PD or other programs, or Acorn bits and pieces rather than tocharge fees, but if you prefer to pay please contact me for charges and we can work something out. It offers 280 colour pages of ideas, stimulus material and activities in many different art media to use.Art Lesson is for the non-specialist art teacher at Key Stage 2 and above. Teachers may find it useful at Key Stage 1 with some children. IN ART LESSON YOU WILL FIND... Ten Themes The ten Themes are the heart of Art Lesson. Each theme consists of about 8 stimulus pages and pictures on a theme, 5-6 activities in art, and ideas for follow-up work and extension. It will soon be apparent how flexible the program can be. Teachers will be able to use many of the pictures as part of their planned studies both in Art and in other areas of the curriculum.
