This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

There are two websites were all the software I write is freely available
from.
The first is the independant WimpBasic website run by Gardar Gilason. Here
you will find plenty of pieces of WB code, hints, programs and all that is
sent to the WB mailing list.
The site can be found at
http://www.treknet.is/WB/
The second site is the comp.{binaries/sources}.acorn archive website (which
I run). This site is brilliant. The server is mega fast and also has the
advantage of giving us in UK universities access to the c.b.a. newsgroup,
which most UK universities block out.
The site also has tonnes of other software, a full directory list and a few
programs which have not been submitted (but I have the authors permission to
put up).
If you don't have web access, you can get hold of a copy of all the software
on the site by sending me a cheque for �1.50 (covers discs + p&p) to me at
