This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Z80Em has a completely configurable mapping of the Archimedes keyboard to the Spectrum keyboard. The mapping can be changed just by altering the file !Z80Em.Resources.Keys - each line specifies first a Spectrum key followed by up to 4 Archimedes keys that act as that key. (Each Archimedes key can be assigned to multiple Spectrum keys - eg Delete is mapped to both CapsShift and 0 in the supplied keymap) Select on the icon bar to resume emulation/start emulator Adjust on the icon bar to reset the emulator f1 volume down f2 volume up f3 save snapshot as <Z80Em$Dir>.^.!Z80Snap shift-f3 save screenshot as <Z80Em$Dir>.^.!Z80Screen f4 reload snapshot f7 increase "speed" f8 decrease "speed" f9 rewind "tape" f10 reset Spectrum f11 cause NMI esc,f12,Menu pause and exit back to desktop the Spectrum cursor keys (5=Left,6=Down,7=Right,8=Up) & 0 (fire) emulate a Kempston joystick. Also, the Acorn Joystick SWI interface is supported, and emulates a Kempston Joystick if present.
