This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

!Wiper This allows D and E format disc to be quickly wiped. Due to lack of information no other format at the moment is supported. The wiped disc will be given a new name if sucessfully wiped. No warning is issued when wiping, so be absolutely sure that the disc in the specified drive is really the one you want to wipe. To use just click on the icon on the icon bar and a small window will open allowing you to wipe a disc when ready. There is only one menu, this is obtained from the icon on the icon bar. It contains only one useful item called 'Drive'. Moving to the right of this will open up a small window containing a drive, a number and save box. If you have more then one floppy clicking on the drive will increment the number upto the number of drives available. Clicking on 'Save' will save the current selected drive, next time !Wiper is started this will be the default drive that will be used for wiping the disc.
