RTR/!PalMake/!Help
This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

Palette Make Copyright Mike Cook 1995 - Musbury Consultants all rights reserved 5 Helmshore Rd. Haslengden BB4 4BG 01706 216701 This application allows you to create a 256 colour palette on the RISC PC computer. Dragging the pointer sets the end point values. Clicking in the pointer's colour box allows the colour to be set. "Part" as in "Invert Part" means the colours between the arrows. Palettes can be extracted from GIF and Clear files, drag their icons onto the bar to load. It works best in the higher colour modes like 32 thousand or 16 million. This is because in the 256 colour mode you are trying to define a new pallette and display it with the colours of the origional one. To actually change the computers pallette use my "Pallette Watch" application. Pallattes created here can be used in "Pallette Watch", "Raw Read" or "Sat Read"
