This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.
Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

AltBoot by David Matthewman This archive contains some files to allow Risc PC users to access the important directories in the Risc PC boot structure easily. Refer to the article on the cover disc pages for details of how to install the files on the Risc PC. Once installed, you will be able to open the directories containing applications to be run and booted before and after the desktop is entered by double-clicking on !Boot with the left hand Alt key held down. The directories can be closed again by double-clicking with the right hand Alt key held down. � Copyright Acorn User 1994
