Suddenly, Curly sits up. <em>"What was that!"</em> she shouts.</font></p> <p><font size="4"><em>"What was what?"</em> asks Boysie in a sleepy voice.</font></p> <p><font size="4"><em>"I thought I heard someone calling,"</em> says Curly.</font></p> <p><font size="4"><em>"I expect it was me, talking in my sleep."</em></font></p> <p><font size="4"><em>"Do you often talk in your sleep, Boysie?"</em> asks Curly.</font></p> <p><font size="4"><em>"I don't know. I never wake up in time to hear myself."</em></font></p> <p><font size="4"><em>"Perhaps it was you, then,"</em> says Curly as she lies down again.</font></p> <p><font size="4">No sooner has she closed her eyes than she hears the voice again. <em>"Hey! You!"</em></font></p> <p><font size="4"><em>"Boysie, I did hear something,"</em> says Curly.</font></p> <p><font size="4">Boysie sighs. <em>"I expect you were dreaming.
