This website contains an archive of files for the Acorn Electron, BBC Micro, Acorn Archimedes, Commodore 16 and Commodore 64 computers, which Dominic Ford has rescued from his private collection of floppy disks and cassettes.

Some of these files were originally commercial releases in the 1980s and 1990s, but they are now widely available online. I assume that copyright over them is no longer being asserted. If you own the copyright and would like files to be removed, please contact me.

DrawBasic is capable of a very wide range of graphics.

The examples in this section barely 'scratch the surface'
of what is possible and are just to give a sample.

Simply double-click the icons to see the results.

A point to note is that the computer is capable of drawing
much more elaborate diagrams than can be drawn freehand.
The drawing process can therefore be slow and you may
notice that, in some cases, !Draw is "sluggish" in
redrawing its windows. This is not a fault with DrawBasic.
The answer is to use a faster processor (ARM 3, RISC PC etc)
